작년 소방기술 민원 26,799건, 화재안전기준 분야 가장 많아
소방청 누리집에서 △소방시설법 △화재안전기준 △질의회신집 손쉽게 확인 가능
소방청(청장 직무대리 남화영)은 지난해 소방기술민원센터에서 처리한 민원 건수는 모두 26,799건으로, 화재안전기준 관련 분야가 10,812건(40.3%)으로 가장 많았다고 밝혔다.
그 다음으로는, △소방시설법 10,419건(38.9%), △공사업법 3,072건(11.5%), △다중이용업소법 2,026건(7.6%), △초고층법, 중대재해처벌 등에 관한 법률(이하 중대재해처벌법) 470건(1.8%)순으로 나타났다.
이 중 스프링클러헤드 배치 기준, 스프링클러배관 설치 방법 등 스프링클러설비에 관한 문의가 2,817건(전체건수의 10.5%, 화재안전기준의 26%)으로 가장 많았다.
전년도(2021년) 민원 처리건수 26,298건과 비교하면 전체건수는 1.9% 증가했으며, 초고층법, 중대재해처벌법 관련 민원건수가 118.6%로 대폭 증가했고, 다중이용업소법·소방시설법 민원건수는 50.5%, 19.8%로 각각 늘어난 것으로 분석됐다. 반면 공사업법·화재안전기준 민원건수는 20.7% ,11% 감소한 것으로 나타났다.
초고층법, 중대재해처벌법 관련 민원건수가 증가한 이유로는, 2022년 1월 중대재해처벌법이 시행되면서 대형 재난과 관련된 국민들의 관심이 높아졌고, 중대재해처벌법 상 “공중이용시설”에 다중이용업소가 포함되어 있어 다중이용업주들의 문의가 늘어난 것으로 풀이된다.
아울러, 최근 코로나19 방역지침 완화로 기존에 휴·폐업했던 다중이용업소가 영업을 재개하면서 소방시설완비증명서를 재발급하기 위해 문의가 증가했던 것으로 분석됐다.

한편, 소방청은 적극 행정의 일환으로 국민 누구나 소방시설과 관련된 정보를 편리하게 활용할 수 있도록 ‘소방청 누리집’정책·정보 – 법령정보 – 법령자료실에 △소방시설법령집, △화재안전기준집, △화재안전기준해설서, △소방시설법령 질의회신집을 상시 게재하여 민원인의 편의를 제공하고 있다.
